Shipping Policy

At BRG Skin, we are committed to delivering an elevated experience from the moment your order is placed to the moment it arrives. Purchases made on BRG Skin can only be billed and shipped within the United States.

Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1–2 business days, with delivery in 3-7 business days. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Please note: all purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Processing time for orders placed from November 22nd through December 1st may exceed up to 4 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to process and ship. If you have not received a notification past the 7 business day time frame, please reach out to our customer service team.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

All orders placed on brgskin.com are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders must be placed by 3 PM EST to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes up to 2 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

Estimated Delivery Dates*

We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online.

Shipments to a PO Box and PO Box Addresses

Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses are delivered via the United States Postal Service.

International Locations

We’re sorry, products purchased on brgskin.com can only be billed or shipped to destinations within the United States.

Return Policy

BRG Skin Return Policy

We hope you are fully satisfied with your BRG Skin experience. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, eligible products purchased directly from brgskin.com may be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at customerservice@brgskin.com with your order information.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued only for products purchased directly through brgskin.com.

  • Items returned outside of the 30-day return window may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and reviewed by BRG Skin, approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.

Please note that BRG Skin does not authorize or guarantee products sold through Amazon®, eBay®, or unauthorized third-party retailers. Products purchased through non-authorized sellers are not eligible for return or refund through BRG Skin and may be counterfeit or improperly handled.
